Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
- 50% of your booking fee will not be refunded If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.
- No refund will be given if you are a no-show.
Preparedness and Refusal of Transportation:
- We maintain the right to decline transportation if you arrive unprepared for your journey, with no refund.
Change of Mind:
- If you show up on the scheduled day but choose not to undertake the journey at the appointed time, no refund will be issued.
Additional Charges:
- If you book a one-way service then later request a pick-up, additional charges will be incurred.
- A fee of $30.00 per person applies if you choose to turn around on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing.
Age Requirements:
- Transport for the Tongariro Alpine Crossing is available for individuals aged 8 and over.
- If your destination is outside the Tongariro region, please contact us directly to explore suitable options.
Safety and Weather Conditions:
- Your safety is our paramount concern. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, you have the choice to postpone or receive a full refund excluding the booking fees.
Image Usage:
- We may use your picture/image for marketing on our social platforms.
Passenger Conduct:
- If your behaviour impacts other passengers' enjoyment of our service, you may be asked to disembark from our shuttle. No refund will be issued.
Driver's Authority:
- Our driver retains the right to request your removal from our shuttle service, and their decision is deemed final. No refunds will be issued.
You will be asked to acknowledge these terms and conditions during the booking process, it is important that you read and understand as they govern our services to ensure a secure and enjoyable experience for all.
